Refund policy

At HYÆO, your satisfaction matters. Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review size guides before placing your order.

We do offer a free reprint or full refund in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong print)
• The item is lost in transit and does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

How to request a reprint or refund: Contact us at [ hyaeo.comp@gmail.com ] within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
