Where we ship We ship worldwide.
Processing time All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Shipping times
- United States: 5–10 business days after shipping
- Europe & Australia: 2–4 weeks after shipping
- French Polynesia & Pacific Islands: 3–6 weeks after shipping
- Rest of the world: 3–6 weeks after shipping
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.
Order tracking You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please note that international tracking updates may be limited once your package leaves the United States.
Customs & duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or delayed packages If your US order hasn't arrived within 30 days, or your international order within 60 days of your order date, please contact us at hyaeo.comp@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
